2008-08-25 Suprisingly good read

I say surprisingly because I think the cover does this book no justice - it looks like just another light hearted piece of chewing gum for the brain, when in reality it is a pretty deep exploration of relationships and their ups and downs. Three types of couple, two characters explored in detail and an interesting read to the end.

I have to agree with the reviews above that Freya North goes a bit overboard with a couple of things, the sex scene gets a bit too long winded, and she tends to repeat her phrase "a little slice of Lewis Carroll living" just a few times too oftern (one or twice would suffice).

All in all a good read, I can't compare to her other books as I haven't read them (yet!)
