2007-02-01 Very good book for technique/strategy

Very enjoyable book with excellent focus on technique and strategy and the professional program is unreal, also, enjoyed the day in the life of....

I would have given this book 5 stars only I was disappointed with the lack of information on diet (only mentioned in the day in the life of...) and the lack of specific exercises that Thai boxers use for strength building - it is suggested you buy a book on the subject, which was part of the reason I bought this book. I have lifted weights for may years but wanted to know if their are any general strength programs/or sport specific programs you would find in a Thai gym.

I would suggest that anyone who has been training for a couple of months would benefit from this book (or Bob Spours Ultimate Muay Thai - which is of a similar calibre to this book)in my opinion.
