This text on Communication Systems introduces the analysis methods, design principles, and hardware considerations of both analog and digital communication systems. This book presents a nice treatment of probability, random signals, and noise that comes after the discussion of analog systems without noise. While the book has been substantially updated with the latest technologies, it continues to provide a solid overview of the basic topics and principles, especially in analog communications. This book is indeed a nice and comprehensive reference to the subject of communication systems.
