2008-05-27 Heart-breaking and charming
This was the first Marian Keyes book I have read, and I am so pleased that I have so many more to catch up on. It was heart-breaking at times, but there was so much wit and charm that it was not a dreary read. I did find it a bit too long, and at times I wanted to yell at Lucy that she was being so blind to the faults of her father and her horrible feckless boyfriend. But it was a gripping book and I will definitely try some of Marian Keyes other book based on how much I enjoyed this.similar books
