2008-10-07 Naval history fan

Thoroughly enjoyed most of the book, but then felt most let down in the last couple of chapters by the author's lack of knowledge of of English geography (eg Eddystone lighthouse is nowhere nesr the Isle of Wight, and it is nothing like 150 miles from Portsmouth to London). Since my knowledege of Toulon geography is not good, it called the validity of the whiole story into question.
