2007-06-11 An excellent read
What a great book - the scope of this is a lot greater than any other of Susan Lewis's books and, I have to say, the best one she has written in my opinionThe majority of it is set in France during World War 2 with excellent descriptions of the privations and indignities suffered by the French from the occupying Germans.
It also has an excellent and very surprising conclusion.
Read it, I'm glad I did and I think you will be able to say the same.
