2008-03-29 Good book now dated

This book looks at not only the standard subjects of medical law (consent, negligence etc) but examines health care law with the perspective of health care organization and regulation. As such it is a very good and thoughtful volume though may not be the best book to write and essay from. The one problem is that though the subject matter does go to areas that other books do not consider there have been considerable changes in the NHS and it requires a new edition.
