1999-11-14 saving a library

This book is about a lady called Ms Wiz who helps save a library. Ms Wiz frees the characters from books so she can make the council convinced that they should open the library again. She frees some Royal people with fish powder. They go to the council and a girl called Caroline talks as the voice of a woman who couldn't talk because she was a book character. She made them open the library again. Ms Wiz is a magical character, but some times a bit boring.
