2001-12-05 as a mature student on a carpentry course.

I have used a lot of reference books as technical backup for my NVQ level two course, on carpentry . I feel this book covers the subject quite comprehensively, with a multitude of good quality drawings and diagrams.
I have used this book for study purposes and have shown the book to fellow students, tutors and they are of the same opinion that the book covers the syllabus very well, is well illustrated
is written in a concise easy to follow format using clear basic english which should benifit students of varying levels of english.
foriegn students who have a grasp of english should not find it too difficult.
In short I would have no hesitation to recomend this vlume to anyone who is following a NVQ carpentry course or has an interest in the subject.
