What a treasure this book is, just like a best friend, - loving, compassionate and will always be by your side. This book gave me a new way of thinking and a realisation that everything I needed was already with me, I'd just forgotten! Robert Holden writes in a way that can speak to us all in an inviting, sincere, loving and often very humorous way. He offers new aspects of happiness to look at, different channels to explore and all in all it is all so beautifully simple. Believe me, it's a book you can't be without and will want to have as a perfect everyday reminder of who we really are and especially when we hit those wobbly moments.
