The words bible appear inthe title of this book by pat chapman ,renowned Indian Cook and restauter, and with good reason.This is the book of all those who love curries ,these reciepe's just happen to Be made with Vegtables.Well maybe the vegans having been keeping a good secret from the rest of us .This cookery book certainly seems to hammer this point home with a hard chapati roller! The Layout is clear and understandable right from the first page ...novice or expert both clearly guide through Ingredents , procedures and commonly made mistakes.The presentation is quality; with mouth watering picture gracing every page .Its lucky the pages are made with glossy paper very resistant to chilli stained fingers and the large format means you can spread the book at the page you want.No more flicking around a small paperback sized book ! No Sir!The reciepes are various and wide in their range ,as the title says a bible of reciepes of every Curry style there is from Balti's to Korma's , and for the crazed a trip into the deadly world of red hot Pihl Currys. All the starters ,sidedishes and deserts are yummy ...try to make them all ....it will take you a good half year at least .Another excellent book from the pen and the kitchen of pat chapman ....We expect nothing less from the master !Highly rtecommended as all his other books
