2008-10-05 Brilliant - Possibly the best Kydd book
The stories surrounding the mutinies are not that well known to the British public as it was a very dark period in the Countrys' History and not especially celebrated. The Author takes you through these times through the eyes of Kydd and his annoying friend Renzi.
Whilst there is very little 'sea going' in the book, the story of the mutiny and the characters involved is just so well told, that you can believe that you are there! Looking over Kydds' shoulder.
Best one in the series. But make sure you read them in order. You wouldnt want any spoilers now would you?
