2008-04-01 Like Halo? Love the books!!

This is an absolute fantastic buy! These books are awesome. The first book takes us through how John becomes more than just a person, but how he becomes the Master Cheif, Spartan 117. The second book is basically an adaptation of the first game, Halo: Combat Evolved, with much of the same dialogue, with some new and extra bits thrown in. The third book is the prequel to the first game, and the fight to survive against the massing Covenant army. It also explains how Sargeant Johnson survives the first Halo, something I always wondered!!

These books are truly and thoroughly excellent reads. You don't know Halo until you've read these books.
