2008-05-10 Feeling confused...
Having just finished rereading this book I am in a rush to get my hands on the next one! An incredibly engaging read and with realistic dialogue that is rarely seen. However, it may just be me on a stupid day but I found that I missed an awful lot of important plot points. Everytime Kaylin comes to a sudden conclusion I find myself flicking back through the pages trying to figure out how! I also tend to gloss over whole chunks of text in this book when the detail goes beyond descriptive.
Of course the latter could result in the former...
Overall I would definately still recommend this book as a fantasy with original style, setting and plot. Just avoid reading it until your eyes go blurry coz the story begins to fuzz...
