2007-09-16 Caveat emptor!

This book is very hard to read. It probably has the necessary information, but is so difficult to read that I gave up, gave it away and looked around for a book that was more reader-friendly. I found it in 'Introductory Scots Law - Theory and Practice' by A B Wylie and S J Crossan. This book is more expensive, but has a lot of information that will interest the law beginner, is much more reader-friendly and is actually enjoyable to read.
