2001-02-10 Praise for low fat creations

After being a regular visitor to the USA I was delighted to find this book. It allowed me to create some of my favourite American food without the fat. The KFC macaroni cheese was just like the original. My family could not tell the difference. Taco Bell's chicken soft taco were so easy to prepare it made me feel like a gourmet chef in the kitchen.
