Kant sets out on the task of discovering just what are the things that we all have in common - the way our minds create the world we percieve around us. So he's talking about the things that we ALL do, EVERY second of the day, and trying to make us more aware of them. It is true that very simple things are customarily described in very complicated ways, but, then again, perhaps only such a mind is capable of making such finely nuanced, expertly categorized hay out of this primordial subject matter. This book really should be the bedrock of all our lives, taught and read before all others, it goes right back to the fundamentals of our existance, from which all else derives.
