2007-07-24 Great way of analysing a large organisation

I read this book in just a few sittings, then went back over it to make notes about all of the useful learning points in it. Julie and Russ write with great humour, but really know their stuff about how to get to the root of managerial problems and large organisations. If you, like me, are in the business of troubleshooting other businesses then give this book a go. Even though it is not a text book the characters are written to behave to managing change just as they do in real life. You remember the story and therefore remember the messages. A good read!
