Things have become very weird, since April, Jalil, David and Christopher ended up in Everworld. They've been haunted by trolls and untameable Vikings, fought the Aztecs and then encountered Merlin and saw their first dragon

2000-06-30 Imaginative, but not incredible

The story's good, the ideas creative but it still falls short of wonderful. The style of writing is adeuqate, but not amazing, and the characters seem a tad unsympathetic. I enjoyed reading it, but it's never going to go into my pile of favourites
