2008-05-17 A book with a lot of padding

This book basically tells you that you can reduce creatinine by washing, simmering meat before preparation, a point which is repeated endlessly, the book is padded out & the whole story could be told in 10 pages or less - THE POINT IS VERY VALID but the book could hold a heap load more information - in 89 pages of large font print there are plenty of blank pages & repetitions such as being told to "remove the meat from the packaging and discard the packaging" endlessly, just a blatant cheeky way to fill up the book.
I got it used & as it was so cheap I am not worried.
