2006-05-30 Slightly misleading title
This is a book about a very important issue where many photographers have a lot to improve. And there isn't much available on the topic. But the title is slightly misleading. It should actualy be: Peter Krogh proudly presents his DAM system. There is a lot of valuable stuff here, but it is too much focused on the specific needs of the author. I missed a broader view of the topic with more alternative approaches analyzed. And there's a lot of basic stuff about computers. If you know computer technology, then you can skip a significant part of this book right away. But the computer stuff is well written and explained in an easy way. It probaly serves less computer literate readers well.Overall an interesting and fairly inexpensive book about an important topic. But as explained above, it could be even better.
