2004-08-09 Interesting, funny & useful
As someone who has a big movie collection but hasn't really been aware of the hidden bits on DVDs before, I found this book to be really enjoyable, easy to use with clear instructions on how to unlock some brilliant easter eggs. It was also much easier and nicer (for me anyway) to sit in front of the TV with all my DVDs and follow the instructions from this book, rather than have to spend hours trawling the net for the same info and then printing it all out on dozens of sheets of paper. It's also quite an amusing read in its own right, with witty and useful observations (a few of the films covered are no classics, but do have interesting eggs so are included). It not only added greatly to my enjoyment of my DVD collection, but told me lots of interesting stuff about movies I don't already own, and a lot of ideas about what to buy in the future.last viewed books
