This is a super little set for the beginner. The book includes an enthusiastic and encouraging introduction followed by clear diagrams and easy to follow instructions. The accompanying CD is worth the price alone. It flows with a range of styles and rhythms which never bore. The zils (finger cymbals) are of basic quality but they work. The stick on belly-button 'jewels' are a bit of fun. The only let-down is the 'veil' which is no more than a wide ribbon of red chiffon, but it is still a useful prop. Push back the sofa and set your spirit free!
