2005-03-23 Good coverage
This book does cover a lot of the main areas in intelligent systems, such as rules-based systems, fuzzy logic and neural nets (not much on genetic algorithm though). However, the style of writing is sometimes a bit terse, so I found myself having to re-read topics a number of times for understanding. In my opinion, amplification of difficult topics would have been useful, as well as some questions to test understanding. This book is not really a primer, but serves a good review of the core topics in the field.
