2005-06-24 Not for beginners,more a reference

I have found this book to be more a reference then anything else.
It is not for a beginner since explanations of a presented form (Yang style) and certain technics like "pushing hands" and "uprooting" are very shortly explained,without getting into details.
Furthermore,illustrations are black and white photos and on most of them is hard to see whats going on.
So to summarize, this book is a reference,nothing more....
