It can be as spectacular as a landslide and as intimate as cracked skin; it can be a mosaic of rain-soaked handbills stapled to a telephone pole or the rusted corner of a shipping container. In "Decay", a collection of photographers, including MBP favorites Nathan Troi Anderson and John Putnam, shares how decay looks to them through their lenses. Shot in color and black & white, with an array of different cameras trained on any number of subjects, decay begins to take shape. Supplementing these images, essays will explore the ideas evoked by the photography. In a distinctly MBP twist, "Decay" will also double as a pattern book, offering to readers royalty-free patterns of decay that can be used for any number of graphic design applications.
