2008-06-29 Amazing!

I have to be honest, when I was reading this book I wasnt really blown away - I felt like I had read/heard it all before. Yes - some parts made very good sense and did make me feel energised but a lot of it felt like the usual self help stuff that sounds a great idea but isnt so easy to put into practice. Near the beginning of the book, the author said that it doesnt matter if you dont do all the exercises, because just reading it will have a major effect on your subconscious. Well - this book did just that! I have suffered from anxiety, paranoia and depression for the past 10 years (I'm 26) and after reading this book I noticed things starting to change. I am now much calmer in social situations, I feel stronger in my relationship and in my life. My fiance commented that I seemed different the other day, that he no longer felt I was clingy or dependent and I have to put it down to this amazing book. I can't explain it but it definately works!!
