2007-06-17 An excellent book

"Essential Endocrinology and Diabetes" is a great book that gives good, concise explanations of endocrine disorders. Pictures of clinical presentations of patients with endocrine disorders, and summary boxes help give a focused approach to this challenging yet interesting field of specialty.

I do have ONE complaint: The dull red-grey colour scheme does not do this book justice! However, I have grown to love this book and its clear and neatly organized notes, its pictures, and the various case histories discussions.

Certainly one of the "must-haves" for medical students or physicians desiring a good grasp of endocrinology and diabetes principles.
