Based on other reviews, I expected to find this book amusing and entertaining. Unfortunately, the characters were cardboard, the humour was forced, the suspense non-existent, and the writing poor. Especially compared to excellent romance writers like Lisa Kleypas, Jo Beverley, Mary Jo Putney, and Laura Kinsale, this is not worth the time to read it.
