The Author takes you into the action personally, and what's more, shares his mind with you.
A great account, will make you feel the feelings a man has in combat and when it's over.
You will have a general view of the situation, not just militarily.
There are some typos, but it's such a sincere book you'll hardly notice them. The book gets better as it nears the end. You feel something big is about to come. The final parts of the book will take the reader completely by surprise. Exciting to see how the author was left with the hand of fate, but then didn't take it.
And how we should just "Seize the Day" when the opportunity presents itself.
Great book!
