Well-written and utterly compelling, this book offers hope to all those who are consumed by this hideous disease. I was enrapt by Jocelyn's story - it is searingly honest, as Jocelyn recounts her struggle with bulimia and her ultimate recovery from it. I have read various real-life accounts of eating disorders and found this the most uplifting and encouraging - just looking at Jocelyn's happy face on the cover of her book is enough to lift me on particularly difficult days as I too try to find the courage to live an authentic life free from Bulimia nervosa.
