2008-02-23 Same book, different title

I ordered this book because I enjoyed the recipes so much in Antony Worrall Thompson's books, the GI diet and the GL diet. I was disapointed to find that I already had this book, only my copy is called Antony Worrall Thompson's GI Diet. The five stars are because I have used many of the recipes in this book and they are all without fail, delicious! Although the title and cover are different, inside the books are exactly the same. So if you are thinking of ordering this book, be careful that you don't get caught out like I did and find you get the same book twice.
