2006-03-12 A very readable and comprehensive guide

We bought Lonely Planet's Yellowstone and Grand Teton guide to plan our annual vacation to this region. Within the pages of this modest volume we found all of the information that we needed to plan and manage our trip. This book is beautifully put together, with the different areas of the National Parks compiled into logical and easy to read sections. The maps are detailed and clear, and there is an abundance of pictures to give you a good impression of the coutryside. I can honestly say that LP's Yellowstone and Grand Teton guide had a significant impact towards the success of our trip. It's Lonely Planet at its best.
