2008-06-23 buddha at bedtime

This is a great book which has a good summary of Buddhism and child friendly meditation techniques. The stories are well told fable-type tales with a moral at the end, which although Buddist in origin would be acceptable common sense to most beliefs. It is a beautifully set out book, colourful with gorgeous illustrations. Best of all, enjoyed and looked forward to by my 4 and 7 year olds. This book can be read as a simple story book or used as a starting point for more in depth discussion.
