2008-03-13 Great book!
This is a great little book for anyone interested in setting up or buying a restaurant. It covers all the basics although I feel it could have gone into a bit more detail on certain key subject like how to calculate cover figures and licensing, but as i said, covers all the basics. The fact that the book has been written with the UK market in mind is like breath of fresh as most other books are for US market.similar books
