Alica combines several years' experience in international development and analysis with a specialization in the former Soviet Union. She spent several years in Kyiv with the International Finance Corporation and the non-profit US-Ukraine Foundation working on privatization, economic development and government reform. In addition, she has worked in Belarus and Tajikistan.
