Jill Mansell, unlike other writers in the rom-com arena, seems to get better with every book she writes. Thinking of You is her latest offering and proves that it is possible to get better with age!
Ginny Holland, a best selling author if left rattling around in her house on her own after daughter Jem goes to university. Lonely, she advertises her spare room for rent. Instead of a happy roommate, she gets moaning Laurel who is still hung up on her ex-boyfriend. If that wasn’t enough, Ginny finds herself lusting after two men who can only be bad for her. Will Ginny get the man of her dreams, or will he be the one that gets away?
Mansell has a disarming ability to create characters that you already know and that tends to make her books impossible to put down. This book is no different. It is charmingly written, hopelessly funny and will make you forget all of your own troubles as soon as you read the first page.

2002-10-02 Pretty good on the whole
On the whole, this is a good book which covers all the major small-arms in use with the major armies in the world today, and a great deal of previously used weapons. The weapons are grouped conveniently first by type, then by the country that uses them. An index is also provided, making it very easy to find the weapon you are looking for quickly. In my opinion, there are just a couple of problems with this book. Firstly a couple of relatively popular guns are not included. The most obvious is the lack of any kind of mention of the colt m4 carbine, even though it appears prominently on the front cover. The second problem is that grenade launchers and RPGs are missing, although this is not too bad, it would have helped make the book a more comprehensive guide. The third problem is that some of the picture captions are wrong which can be extremely misleading. But anyway, this book is comprehensive, well-written and illustrated and despite a few small problems, an excellent buy -
