Laura is often lonely but one night she sees a falling star and runs downstairs to find it lying damaged, on the pavement outside. Laura takes it to her room, mends it, and lays it tenderly on her pillow. She tells the star all her secrets but when she wakes in the morning, the star is gone.

My 4year old just loves the Laura's Star books. The illustrations are so lovely & the glittery stars on each page are just great, she can't stop touching them. Lovely, heartwarming story, great bedtime read.
