This astounding collaboration between Agent Provocateur and Kate Moss breaks new ground. Genius innovators in haute couture, AP have commissioned renowned film director Mike Figgis to portray Moss in her first acting role, resulting in four unique films: Shadows, Scale, Exhibitionist and Narcissus - The Four Dreams of Miss X.
Shot in night vision these films are intensely intimate: a beautiful woman's private dream experiences. Two films have been released online in 2006, with the remaining two to be released in January and March 2007.
Enticing you into the dusky world of Miss X, the book presents both the scripts and stunning images from the films as well as a unique DVD featuring all four dreams.

2007-09-06 A Let Down
I just received my much-anticipated copy of the Dreams of Miss X and am pretty disappointed. As a fan of Kate Moss and Mike Figgis (including his more offbeat films) I was expecting much more. The four dreams last less than 20 minutes. The good things about it are that Kate looks great in some lovely lingerie, and the film effect (video using the night vision mode) is quite effective (see the Paris Hilton sex video for more use of this). Other than that it is really very dull in my opinion - perhaps the Agent Provocateur connection and the title lead you to believe that the Four Dreams are erotic but they aren't especially. I'll give a rough outline of the dreams (I would warn of plot spoilers but there isn't really a plot to spoil):Dream 1: She walks up some stairs (in underwear), there are some rooms, one she is not allowed in, another she goes into and it is dark. There is a flash and she disappears.
Dream 2: She walks into another room. There are some large chairs, and small chairs.
Dream 3: Starts off repeating the first two dreams but gets reasonably interesting when Kate witnesses herself doing a striptease for a bunch of mannekins. It ends just as it is getting good (which came as no surprise).
Dream 4: She looks at herself in a mirror and talks to herself, then appears to kiss her reflection.
The book is just stills from the DVD with some extra photographs of other girls in lingerie (again, why not all Kate?).
Nudity? Brief breasts in Dream 3.
Overall, quite a disappointment. If it didn't star Kate Moss you would assume it was a mildly interesting student film.
