2002-01-24 Review of the manual

If you use NEO this is a very good book outlining the authors' experience of applying the big 5 to organisations. It should also be useful for users of other trait measures.
My only criticism is their irritating frequent references to their own NEO clone which clouds the understanding of the NEO, although they mainly draw examples from the second order factors, rather than the primary traits, so it is possible to somewhat ignore the confusing references to their 'WorkPlace Big 5'. The case studies throughout the book are also extremely helpful.
