2008-02-02 Beautiful writing

I really thoroughly enjoyed this book.

As the reviewers below say, it was 'unputdownable' with plenty of unexpected revelations. It was also both shocking and enchanting, with some very endearing characters. For those that were not so endearing, you come to understand, as the story unfolds, why perhaps they felt driven to behave the way they did.

The writing was intelligent, very beautiful at times and flowed easily, with a lovely thread of spirituality that underpinned the whole story.

I loved it and hope you will too.
