2008-10-14 A real Gem!

There are very few `outstanding' books written about Property investment for the UK market and this is one of them.
Ajay outlines his own story of how he left the `Rat Race', gave `the man' the boot and became financially self-sufficient.
As an already established landlord, I found this book both fascinating and informative. For a novice, this book could actually be your `bible'.
Ajay writing style is easy to follow and he gets his message across well.
Some of its content would be better suited just to the net as I imagine a some of the information would have been out of date before it even reached the printer, but on the whole, a great book and must read.
