Jill Mansell, unlike other writers in the rom-com arena, seems to get better with every book she writes. Thinking of You is her latest offering and proves that it is possible to get better with age!
Ginny Holland, a best selling author if left rattling around in her house on her own after daughter Jem goes to university. Lonely, she advertises her spare room for rent. Instead of a happy roommate, she gets moaning Laurel who is still hung up on her ex-boyfriend. If that wasn’t enough, Ginny finds herself lusting after two men who can only be bad for her. Will Ginny get the man of her dreams, or will he be the one that gets away?
Mansell has a disarming ability to create characters that you already know and that tends to make her books impossible to put down. This book is no different. It is charmingly written, hopelessly funny and will make you forget all of your own troubles as soon as you read the first page.

a recommendation, we cannot list every good place.

DEBBIE JENKINS is an entrepreneur, author and publisher and was a life-long
city dweller who always longed for a place in the countryside. Her greatest
excitement is in owning trees - hundreds of them!
The author's Cave House is in the mountains near Corvera, 1 km away from a
small village called La Murta, with a population (including them) of 101
people. The village is tidy and peaceful and inhabited by dedicated
farmers.
In June 2001 Debbie and Marcus bought a small warehouse, attached to some
caves, with 6.5 acres of land. They spent 4 years trying to work out how
best to make use of their land, get enough money together to rebuild and
renovate the caves and to build a wooden house as an interim solution. In
August 2005 they moved into their wooden house to enjoy the Murcian
lifestyle - going native in Murcia - which they now enjoy with our two
dogs, Dani and Fuggles.
In 2006 Debbie and Marcus bought a second house in the Murcia region in the
pretty mountain village of Moratalla.
2008-04-19 I can definitely recommend this book
I am more than happy to recommend it. It is very informative and although there are plenty of books about living in Spain this tells you everything you need to know about Murcia. I have found it very useful when venturing out to new towns and villages that I might not have otherwise gone to. An excellent read.similar books
