This book is great if you're stuck on what type of character to draw for a girl. It covers up to 12 types of personalities, such as the strong girl, the vulnerable girl, the straight-laced girl, the cutie, the impish, the shy girl, the compassionate girl, the bully, the older girl(s), the kid, the princess and the bad girl.
It also shows you how and how not to draw their expressions/hair/clothing, and also gives you diagrams on their body language and type. It also contains a number of action poses from walking to falling and so on. It also has a great number of diagrams on different eye types to help you set that right note with a character, and has diagrams on hand gestures. I'd say this book is ok for a beginner since it helps a lot with girl characters, and is also great for people improving on their skills. A must have!
